We are seeking individuals to join U.S. Bank who possess a strong work ethic and a passionate drive for success. Responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing reports for accuracy
  • Generating manual letters for settlements
  • Handling customer service and collections via inbound phone calls and email
  • Helping our customers with payment arrangements
  • Providing administrative support within the Collections department

Qualifications

 
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to four years of experience in clerical and customer service activities
 
Preferred Skills/Experience
- In-depth knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
