  • Stocks, exchange-traded funds (ETF)2 and closed-end funds: $4.95 per trade
  • 100 free online stock or ETF trades per year3 with a U.S. Bancorp Investments Self-Directed Brokerage Account enrolled in paperless document delivery and a U.S. Bank Platinum® Checking Package or U.S. Bank Gold® Checking Package4 – Checking accounts offered by our affiliate U.S. Bank
  • Options: $4.95 per trade plus $1 per contract
  • Mutual funds:
    • No load, no transaction fee funds5: $0
    • No load, transaction fee funds: $25 per transaction
    • Funds with sales loads: subject to applicable sales charges according to fund prospectus

Corporate & municipal bonds

Transactions in Corporate and Municipal securities will be transacted on a principal basis and include a fair market mark-up or mark-down, which will be reflected in the execution price of the security.

Government securities & agencies

Primary Market U.S. Treasuries purchased directly at Auction $50 per transaction (bills, notes, & bonds).

Secondary market transactions in Government and Agency securities will be transacted on a principal basis and include a fair market mark-up or mark-down, which will be reflected in the execution price of the security.

Foreign securities

A clearing fee of $75 will be added to the underlying base commission (Canadian issues excluded) for any buy or sell transactions.

Load mutual funds/unit investment trusts/variable annuities

Subject to applicable sales charges and/or redemption fees as stated in the prospectus. Investors should consider an investment’s objectives, risks, charges, and expenses before investing. Please read the prospectus before investing. Minimum purchase requirements vary.
