How Do I?

  • View My Account(s): Log in to Online Banking.
  • Add Someone to My Account: Contact your local branch, or call 800-673-3555 (please have the Social Security Number or driver's license number of the person you're adding ready).
  • Change My Name on My Account(s): Contact your local branch or call 800-673-3555.
  • Order Checks, Deposit or Withdrawal Slips: Call our partner Deluxe at 877-247-2457 for new orders or visit shopdeluxe.com for reorders.
  • Find Past Checks, Deposit Slips or Statements: Log in to Online Banking and choose Self Service from the Customer Service menu.
  • Setting Up or Changing Account Alerts: Log in to Online Banking, and choose My Alerts from the Customer Service menu.
  • Retrieve My User ID: Get login assistance.
  • Reset My Password: Get login assistance.

How Do I?

Set Up My Card

  • Check the Status of My Application: Please Call 800-947-1444 and choose option 1 for the status of an application. The potential cardmember will be required to enter his/her social security number to locate the application. Additional verification item(s) will be needed to validate.
  • Activate My Card: Follow instructions that come with your card or call 800-720-BANK.

Update My Card

Manage My Card

After loggin in to your account you can:

  • Make a Payment: Under Transfers & Payments, select Pay a U.S. Bank Account.
  • Set Up Account Alerts: Under Customer Service, select My Alerts.
  • Sign Up for Paperless Statements: Under My Documents, select Statement Preferences.
  • View or Redeem Rewards Earned: Under My Accounts, select My Rewards.
  • Request a Balance Transfer: From your Credit Card page, select Request a Balance Transfer.
  • Download Transaction Data: From your Credit Card page, select Download Transactions at the top of the Account Activity table.
  • Dispute a Charge: From your Credit Card page, select Dispute a Charge under Take Action.

Authorized Officers can also manage their account by selecting Self Service under the Customer Service and then selecting Manage Your Credit Account.

How Do I?
