(SPEECH) My name is Toni Garden. I am the operations manager for Spitroast. We took talech on pretty much from the get go when we opened about six years ago. I think with it looks good. You can pick up the system, the software really quickly, which is great, especially when we've got a lot of young people that work for us. This is a piece of software that they're absolutely not going to have a problem with. (DESCRIPTION) Toni speaks to camera. Then footage of a waitress takes a customer order using talech on an iPad. With the iPads, you take your order at the table as an example, the guys will take a drink, to hit 'send' and while they take the food order, the guys behind the bar are making their drinks. So by the time they're taking the food or taking the menus away, the kitchen have started on their food; we're delivering the drinks already. It's really impressive. (SPEECH) We are open seven days a week so it's really important for us to have the 24 hour help team available. From an operations point of view, it's phenomenal to see your wage percentage, how many things you can sell in a week. Before that, you used to have to been there with your stocktake and your pen and pad and you wouldn't really get a sense of how much you were selling or even what your best selling product was without sitting down and spending a really long time going through 10 weeks worth of product sales. But this is at the click of a button, which is so fantastic to have. Especially as a manager, you can't really be in your office all day. So having access to this kind of information quickly means you can do your job more efficiently, get back on the floor, work with your staff, see the customers. Our experience of Elavon working together with talech has been really positive. We had a point of contact at Elavon, who worked with talech and bought the two products together. Effectively, we didn't have to do anything. If somebody was on the fence about using talech, I would say find somewhere that is using it and go in and ask them because they going to tell you that it's worth investing and seeing talech working in real time, it sort of speaks for itself really.
