Pressed for time? Set it once and forget it when you enroll in automatic monthly payments in a few simple steps.

Under Payment, Enroll in Autopay is hit, then an Enroll in autopay pop-up appears; the cursor hits the Enroll button. Text, Need a bit more flexibility? Smart Assistant experience.

(SPEECH)
Have a few minutes each month but need a bit more flexibility? With the U.S. Bank Mobile App, simply talk or type "pay my mortgage" to the U.S. Bank Smart Assistant to start the process. Going on vacation and need to make a payment while you're away?

The cursor clicks on the View, pay, & manage button toward the bottom of a mortgage account's page.

From your mortgage account, click the Payment button to schedule a payment before you go.

On the Dashboard beneath Make a payment, the cursor hits the radio button next to Other payment.

(SPEECH)
Want to pay extra to principal or escrow? You can add it to your monthly payment or simply select Other and follow the prompts. You can also mail a check with your remittance slip found at the bottom of your billing statement. For fastest processing, make sure to include your mortgage account number on the check.

Don't have time to go to a branch or there isn't one in your area? No problem. You can make a payment by phone through our automated voice response system or with the help of a customer service representative.

Our automated system is open any time, or you can reach an agent Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Central Time and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Central. Just dial 800-365-7772.

At the bottom left of a check, the account number is highlighted first, followed by the routing number.
