Meet Nadine Seivert, U.S. Bank Branch & Portfolio Manager and Vice President [MUSIC PLAYING] NADINE SEIVERT: All great things start with small businesses. They are the livelihood of communities. So, yes, U.S. Bank does love our small businesses. Hi, Leo. I'm Nadine Seivert and I had the privilege of being a branch manager for US. Bank for the last 15 years. And I recently moved over to our digital enablement studios as a portfolio manager. And the best part was being able to build the relationships with the business clients. I grew up learning these skills, and so it just came so naturally to me. My parents were refugees of the Vietnam War, but they knew that ultimately they wanted to have the American dream. My parents had no experience with being entrepreneurs. They wanted to teach us a lot about working hard, being your own business owner and really wanted us to be involved in what they were doing. So it was really a neat opportunity that at the time you don't realize what you're learning, and as an adult, now I can pull from that experience. As a branch manager, I was able to help businesses more on a micro level. In this new role, the fantastic part is, I'm able to help businesses more on a macro level. SPEAKER 2: So when you want to work with somebody like her, so you have to do that coffees. NADINE SEIVERT: I truly believe that small businesses are the livelihood of the community, and that's why I have such a love for them.
