How do I unenroll from Shared Access altogether?

Any time you want to unenroll from Shared Access, follow these steps to complete the process.

Online banking steps:

For the best online banking experience, we recommend logging in at usbank.com.

  1. Select Customer service at the top of the page, then select Shared Access.
  2. In the lower right of the page, select Unenroll Shared Access.
  3. To unenroll, select Continue and you'll receive confirmation the request is complete.

U.S Bank Mobile App steps:

For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App.

  1. Open the main menu, select Manage accounts, then select Manage Shared Accounts. 
  2. Scroll down and select Unenroll in Shared Access.
  3. To unenroll, select Continue and you'll receive confirmation the request is complete.
