How can I share my screen with a banking representative?

Screen sharing is also known as cobrowse.  It’s an easy, safe and secure way to allow us the ability to view your screen whenever you need it. Starting a screen sharing session is easy, here’s how:

Online banking steps:

  1. Navigate to usbank.com, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Cobrowse
  2. You'll be given a four-digit code to share with us. Don't close the window yet.
  3. We’ll ask your consent to view your screen and for the four-digit code. Select Dismiss to close the window.

U.S. Bank Mobile App steps:

For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. Select the question mark icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Select cobrowse in the bottom left corner of your screen, then select Continue. 
  3. You'll be given a four-digit code to share with us. Don't close the window yet.
  4. We’ll ask your consent to view your screen and for the four-digit code. Select Dismiss to close the window.

Additional information:

The option to cobrowse may not be available when logged into your online banking profile. To access, log out and scroll down to locate the cobrowse option. 

Anytime you'd like, you can select End cobrowse to end the session.
