How do I change my default account in bill pay?

After a biller is set up for bill pay, sometimes the payment account needs to be changed. To change it in bill pay, just log in to online banking and follow these steps:

  1. Select Bill payments located at the top of the page, then choose Pay bills.
  2. Locate the bill you'd like to manage, then find the account it's paid from. Look for "Deliver today". The account is labeled with a piggybank icon, the name, and its balance.
  3. Choose the desired payment account in the pop-up, then select Done.

The option to change your payment account is only available on the full website. This option is not available on mobile banking.
