How do I change my SMS/text nicknames for multiple accounts for text banking?

By default, accounts are named A1 (Account 1), A2, and so on. We encourage you to personalize them by adding your own nickname. To get started, just log in to online banking and follow these steps:

  1. Select Customer Service at the top of the page, then Self Service.
  2. Choose Enroll for Text Banking in the Services section.
  3. Choose Select Accounts to update your SMS nickname or enroll additional accounts.
  4. Enter the nickname(s) in the SMS Nickname box located to the right of the account, then click Next to complete the process.

The option to change your SMS/text nickname is only available on the full website. This option is not available on mobile banking.
