Am I required to change ID shield questions after entering the temporary access code?

You will be directed to the Security Center, where you can change them, but you are not required to change your ID Shield Answers and Questions.

  • You would like to disable or revoke your password.
  • You believe that your password or other means to access Digital Services has been lost or stolen.
  • You believe that someone may attempt to use Digital Services without your consent or has transferred money without your permission.
  • Prepaid account customers should immediately contact cardholder services at the number on the back of their issued card.¬†
