If you forgot your ID Shield questions or answers, just log into online banking and follow these steps:
- When your ID Shield question is presented, select Forgot Answer?.
- Enter the required verification information, then select Continue.
- Choose three to five questions, input the answers, then select Continue.
- All questions and answers needs to be changed at once; there's not an option to edit an existing answer or change one question. If you prefer, you can re-use previously chosen questions.
- Review your information, then select Submit.
The option to reset your ID Shield questions or answers is only available on the full usbank.com website. This option is not available on mobile banking.
