When changing back to paper statements, it can take a full statement cycle to take effect and fees may apply. To receive paper statements, choose the best experience below. 

Online banking steps:

For the best online banking experience, we recommend logging in at usbank.com.

1. From the My Accounts tab, select My Documents. 
2. Select Paperless Preferences, select U.S. Mail next to the account and document types. 
3. Review your account and notification preferences, then select Save.

U.S. Bank Mobile App steps:

For the best mobile banking experience, we recommend logging in or downloading the U.S. Bank Mobile App.

1. From the main menu, choose Statements & docs and then Paperless preferences.
2. Uncheck your paperless preferences.
