How do I set up and manage quiet time for account alerts?

Customize when your account alerts are delivered; here's how:

To get started, just log in to online banking and follow these steps:

  1. Select Customer service at the top of the page, then select My profile.
  2. Select Edit below your primary mobile number and above Mobile Preferencesthen choose Manage Account Alerts.
  3. Make any changes you'd like, or leave it as-is, then select Continue.
  4. Use the drop-down menus to create a window of time when we are not to send account alerts, choose your time zone, then select Submit. 

Additional information:

The option to manage quiet time is only available on the full website. This option is not available on mobile banking.
To provide you the best protection against fraud, quiet time isn't available for security alerts. Security alerts are sent at the time of the security event in question.
