And along the way in my fitness career, I knew that there were just certain methods that I wanted to apply a little bit differently to-- we have an impact on the industry. And we moved it here about a year and a half ago to Charlotte, North Carolina. (DESCRIPTION) People do push ups. (SPEECH) The Q Fitness and Wellness brand represents, to me, being able to offer fitness, nutrition, and wellness support to the LGBTQ+ community and its allies, making sure that there's a space that we have that we can identify with that people that look like you and feeling like you can really be yourself in that space and you can connect with others that are like you. (DESCRIPTION) Crem smiles and laughs as people workout. (SPEECH) It takes your community to really make you who you are, really supporting our community and giving more than we take. As long as I stay on that path, then we'll be good to go. (DESCRIPTION) She high fives people inside Q Fitness and Wellness. (SPEECH) The impact that it has on me when I hear how I'm helping someone, it really touches my heart. The fact that I'm still doing this-- people are still telling me thank you, you've meant a lot to me. (DESCRIPTION) A woman works out.
