U.S. Bancorp 2016 Corporate Social Responsibility Report

Message from Andy Cecere, U.S. Bank Chairman, President and CEO

At U.S. Bank, our commitment to social responsibility has been unwavering for generations. Through our giving and engagement platform Community Possible, we focus on closing the gap between people and possibility in the areas of Work, Home and Play.

As one of the largest financial institutions in the country, we understand our responsibility to revitalize neighborhoods, provide financial education, create employment opportunities, support small businesses, develop affordable housing, embrace diversity and inclusion, and so much more. We do this by combining philanthropy with products that are responsible, innovative and environmentally sensitive.

We are constantly working to build on our culture of ethics and integrity to strengthen our commitment to social responsibility across our entire organization. We are proud of the great work we accomplished in 2018 and look forward to serving our communities in 2019.
