Jana Brown
Jana began her Mortgage Banking career in 1990 as an Account Executive with what is now U.S. Bank Home Mortgage. Prior to joining U.S. Bank she was in Retail Banking for over 13 years. Jana's well-rounded background in all aspects of Mortgage Banking helps her to provide her clients with the highest level of customer satisfaction. In addition to enjoying the many relationships with her clients that she has developed over the years, Jana enjoys horseback riding, time with family and antiques.

Stanley Carraway
Stanley is a seasoned Correspondent Lending Professional having entered the mortgage industry in 1986. Starting out as an Insuring Guaranteeing Analyst, he worked in the back office of Fleet Mortgage. He began the Correspondent Lending portion of his career with Fleet Mortgage and has since been a top-producer for Fleet, Washington Mutual, MortgageIT, Deutsche Bank and MSI. Stanley has an excellent reputation industry-wide for his ability to grow a territory offering unparalleled loyalty and customer service. His clients reap the benefits of his extensive knowledge and dedication to serving their needs. He prides himself on always being available, ready to listen and ready to help. Stanley uses his wealth of experience to ensure that clients achieve the most from their investor relationship.

Andrew E. Gauder
Andy has been a mortgage banking professional since 1983 and in correspondent sales since 1993. Andy has worked for Freddie Mac, and has worked in correspondent lending sales for some of the nation's largest mortgage bankers including Chase and Washington Mutual. He has been with U.S. Bank Home Mortgage since 2002, and is a President's Club winner.

Andy is a Chicago native and lives in the Chicago area with his wife and two daughters.

Kathleen A Lusk
Kathleen is eager to share her experience and expertise gained from over 23 years in the mortgage business. Her lengthy and diverse background in mortgage banking enables her to bring the correspondent an exceptional knowledge of the industry. She has a successful track record in business and product development, relationship building, project management and sales support. Prior to joining U.S. Bank in 1996, her professional experience includes Citicorp Mortgage Inc (VP, Northeast Regional Manager) and Keycorp Mortgage Inc (AVP, Correspondent program). While at Citicorp, she expanded successfully into new markets in the Northeast while developing innovative marketing approaches in an effort to build a strong and growing customer base.

Morry McBride
Morry has been buying loans from Mortgage Correspondents for U.S. Bank Mortgage for 16 years. Originally from Illinois, he has been a Florida resident since 1989. Morry has correspondents in virtually every state, from small start-up mortgage companies to some of the larger community banks in the country.

Cliff McNamara
Cliff started his Mortgage Banking career in 1991 and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Cliff is a U.S. Bank Home Mortgage President's Club Award winner. He devotes his personal time to his family and enjoys all outdoor activities in addition to his passion, weight training. Cliff has processed, originated, underwritten & closed loans. He has been with U.S. Bank since March, 1999 and worked in Secondary Marketing as a Secondary Marketing Analyst before becoming a Correspondent Account Executive. His extensive mortgage experience helps him understand his customer's needs and that translates into a mutually beneficial relationship. Cliff prides himself on giving exceptional customer service and making sure the relationship is win-win for all parties.

Karen Ridder
Karen began her mortgage career in 1990 with Commercial Federal Bank working in various underwriting positions, manager of the lock desk and closing/funding areas. In 1999 she became an Account Executive for Commercial Federal Bank, assigned to the western states and named top producer in 2004. In 2005 she moved to Wachovia Mortgage Corporation and was assigned the western states for brokers and lenders. In August of 2006 she began her career with U.S. Bank Home Mortgage as a national Account Executive and now works with lenders nationwide. Karen is a member of the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women and served on the Denver board for 5 years.

Chris Ritchie
Chris started in the mortgage business in 1980 in Florida. For the next twenty-seven years Chris worked for private mortgage companies and banks, gaining experience in nearly every facet of the business as processor, originator, manager, underwriter, and closer. Knowing how to put a loan together from start to finish is an invaluable asset. For eleven of those twenty-seven years in the mortgage industry, Chris earned top producer awards at the national level and brings his well-rounded work experience to his current position as a national account representative for U.S. Bank, a position he has held for the past two years. Mike Rolland
Mike has been in the mortgage business since 1978 with responsibilities in every aspect of the business. Managerial positions include secondary marketing, operations manager of correspondent programs, rehab loan departments and special liaison to a major servicing operation. Mike graduated from college in Arkansas and began his mortgage banking career shortly thereafter. Now a Florida resident, Mike's mortgage banking experience is as well rounded as any correspondent account manager you will find in the industry. His experience can provide insight and advice to solutions for any correspondent. With accounts from coast to coast, Mike can also provide a unique perspective to market trends outside of your sphere of influence.

David Travis
David Travis has been in the mortgage business since 1983. During this time, he gained an incredible amount of mortgage banking experience, including building and growing correspondent relationships at various companies. Correspondent customers benefit from his mortgage banking knowledge and skill in Secondary Marketing, CRA lending, Product Management and a strong grass roots knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Additionally, David has developed sales territories and relationships in many regions of the country with a primary emphasis in Florida, Texas, Mid-Atlantic, California and Northeast. David and his family currently live in Buffalo, NY.
