  A:  U.S. Bank Online Banking is a web-based service that allows U.S. Bank customers access to many of their accounts, along with the ability to carry out several kinds of financial transactions. Account access through U.S. Bank Online Banking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once enrolled, U.S. Bank customers also have access to online customer service, Bill Pay*, credit card statements, financial calculators and tools, and much more.

  Q:  What is the difference between U.S. Bank Online Banking and U.S. Bank SinglePoint® Essentials?
  A:  Both U.S. Bank Online Banking and SinglePoint Essentials banking allow you to view and download account balances and transaction history as well as transfer funds between U.S. Bank accounts. SinglePoint Essentials* provides you with the following functionality that is not available in U.S. Bank Online Banking: initiate stop payments, direct deposit payroll to employees, as well as access commercial loans and lines of credit. Optionally, you can add ability to initiate disbursements and collections via ACH transactions.

  Q:  What is the difference between U.S. Bank Online Banking and QuickBooks®, Quicken® or Microsoft® Money?
  A:  Customers have the ability to download their financial transactions in two methods.
  1. In Online Banking, customer can select "Download Transaction Data". Transactions can be downloaded to Quicken or Microsoft Money or in a spreadsheet format.
  2. Using QuickBooks, Quicken and Microsoft Money directly, customer can enroll and retrieve their U.S. Bank financial transactions. There is a nominal monthly fee for this service.

  Q:  What are the enrollment requirements for U.S. Bank Online Banking?
  A:  To enroll in U.S.  Bank Online Banking you need to have the following:
 • U.S. Bank Business Checking account and PIN
   OR
 • U.S. Bank Business Check Card or ATM Card and PIN

To enroll in Bill Pay, you must have a business checking account and business check card with U.S. Bank.

  A:  Yes. Once your U.S. Bank Online Banking personal ID and password is established, you can enroll for Bill Pay. Bill Pay enables you to pay your bills from anywhere, anytime, easily.

Automatic bill payments can be set up in advance to ensure that recurring bills are paid in a timely manner.

Note: To sign up for optional bill payment services in U.S. Bank Online Banking, you must have a business checking or savings account and business check card with U.S. Bank.
