QuickClaimTM - The Easy Way to Pay Your Claims
The U.S. Bank QuickClaimTM Card is a quick and easy way for insurance companies to pay claims to policyholders. It is a Visa®- or MasterCard®-branded prepaid card that can be instantly issued for immediate distribution or personalized and mailed to claimants for recurring payments. Programs that could benefit from QuickClaim include: workers' compensation, disability, property and casualty, and personal home and auto.

How It Works
Insurance providers simply utilize their existing direct deposit processes to deposit funds onto a claimant's QuickClaim Card account. Policyholders can then access their funds immediately and use their cards anywhere debit cards are accepted. Everyone is eligible for the card1  - there are no credit checks and your claimants don't need a bank account.

Provider Benefits:
  • Immediate and sustained cost savings - eliminate paper checks, postage, and lost checks.
  • Achieve 100% electronic payments - eliminates the need for paper checks.
  • Ease and convenience - electronically deposits funds, thereby complementing existing disbursement processes.
  • Multiple uses - immediate payments or recurring payments.
  • Escheatment - Program is compliant with state 'prompt pay' requirements and eliminates provider escheatment responsibilities.
Policyholder Benefits:
  • Convenience - Funds are automatically loaded to the card, so there's no need to cash or deposit a check.
  • Widely accepted - Make purchases or withdraw cash anywhere Visa or MasterCard debit cards are accepted.2
  • Security - If the card is lost or stolen, the funds are protected by Visa or MasterCard Zero Liability3  and are FDIC insured.
  • 24/7 access - Cardholders may call the Customer Care Center or go online to get real-time account information.
Card Features:
  • Balance Alerts4  - Request email or text notifications for activities such as the addition of funds or low balance.
  • Pay bills5  - Directly through the biller or using the online bill management service.

What this means for you: when you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you.
