Health Insurance

Full-time employees choose from two high-deductible plans that provide comprehensive coverage, pharmacy benefits, and 100 percent coverage for age-appropriate, in-network preventive care. We also offer high deductible HMO plans in select geographic areas. Eligible employees also may cover their spouses or domestic partners and children.

Dental, Vision and Hearing Plans

Our dental options encourage proactive preventive care and help offset the cost of major services. Our vision plan provides coverage for glasses and contact lenses. Our hearing benefit covers hearing aids through a national network of audiologists and ear, nose and throat specialists. All three benefits are available to full-time and regular part-time employees and their eligible spouses/domestic partners and children.

Wellbeing

Take advantage of free or discounted access to a variety of wellbeing programs and resources, including chronic condition support, smoking cessation programs, pregnancy support, weight loss programs, fitness programs and more.

Health Savings Accounts

When you enroll in one of U.S. Bank’s high-deductible health care plans, you may be eligible to contribute to an HSA to save for and pay for deductibles, coinsurance and qualified medical expenses. You contribute before-tax dollars, which lowers your taxable income. You don't pay taxes on the money you use to pay for eligible expenses. U.S. Bank also contributes to the HSAs of eligible employees, which helps you save even more. What's more, your account is yours, even if you leave U.S. Bank. Use it today, and save for tomorrow.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account

You also may be eligible to contribute to an FSA to save for and pay for eligible health care related expenses. You contribute before-tax dollars, and you don't pay taxes on the money you use to pay for eligible expenses.
