What you should know

For secured applications, U.S. Bank will file a UCC lien and must be in first lien position using all business assets as collateral. If you currently have more than $1 million in credit with U.S. Bank, you should apply for additional credit directly with your banker or relationship manager.

Secured business line of credit

A secured line uses your business assets as collateral and offers line amounts up to $250,000 and lower interest rates.

Unsecured business line of credit

An unsecured line does not use collateral and offers line amounts up to $100,000 and higher interest rates.

  1. The 7.75% interest rate applies to the  U.S. Bank Cash Flow Manager account either unsecured or secured with general business assets for credit qualified applicants. Rate applies to line amounts of $50,000 and less, higher rates may apply, if there is no automatic payment from a U.S. Bank Checking account and/or an SBA guaranteed Cash Flow Manager. Lower rates may apply for larger line sizes and certain types of existing U.S. Bank relationships. Unsecured Cash Flow Manager has maximum line amount of $100,000. Some restrictions apply, including but not limited to industry type, credit exposure, and/or existing  U.S. Bank relationship. The Cash Flow Manager Line of Credit rate is variable and has a floor rate of  6.00%. Advertised rate is as of June 3, 2022 and subject to change without notice based on market conditions. Advertised rate expires July 29, 2022. Rates are tied to Wall Street Journal Prime Rate and subject to change daily based on market conditions.
