1. Absence of preset limit does not mean unlimited spending. Each charge causing your balance to exceed Revolve Limit is evaluated based on account history, credit information and payment resources. Monthly minimum payments are 3% of balance within your Revolve Limit, plus the amount above your Revolve Limit. At any time, we may decline transaction authorization requests for any reason and/or request additional information from you about a transaction request or Account use.
2. Earn one additional mile per dollar spent when you use your WorldPerks Visa Signature Card for purchases of Northwest tickets, Northwest gift certificates. WorldClubs^® memberships and Northwest Airlines WorldVacations^® packages made directly from Northwest Airlines (Northwest Reservations, Airport Ticket Offices, nwa.com^® WorldVacations reservations and nwaworldvacations.com). Not applicable for purchases from travel agencies, other online travel sites or partners, or for any form of WorldPerks mileage purchases.
3. The annual WorldPerks award travel discount is valid for up to two round-trip, Coach Class or First Class award tickets within the contiguous 48 United States and Alaska or between the contiguous 48 United States or Alaska and Canada, booked in the same itinerary. (Signature Card 6,000-mile discount per person, Platinum Card 4,000-mile discount per person.) Discount not valid on travel to or from Hawaii. Valid time period and other conditions will be determined by Northwest Airlines. Members will receive their annual award 6-8 weeks after earning their enrollment bonus miles.
4. Your WorldPerks Visa Card will be automatically enrolled in the Rewards Network^SM Dining For Miles^® program and a Welcome Kit will be sent to you explaining your mileage earning opportunities. No additional costs will be incurred as a result of enrollment and participation. At any time, you can visit www.nwa.rewardsnetwork.com for a list of participating restaurants. Miles will be posted by Rewards Network to your WorldPerks account. Award is based on the level of your participation in the Dining for Miles Program. See nwa.rewardsnetwork.com for details.
5. Statement Period (Billing cycle) Award level for Platinum: For net purchases less than or equal to $10,000,earn 1 mile for every $1. For net purchases over $10,000, earn 1 mile for every $2. Annual Award Level: If during the calendar year net purchases exceed $50,000 (Platinum Card), or $80,000 (Signature Card), all miles the rest of the year are earned at the rate of 1 mile for every $2.
   Exemptions: Northwest WorldPerks Platinum Elite/Gold Elite/Silver Elite members and WorldPerks Visa AutoPay customers who select the full payment option on the first available payment date after their statement date. Convenience checks, ATM disbursements, Cash Equivalent Advances, balance transfers and other cash advances do not earn mileage credit. Quasi-Cash Advances include Wire Transfers,Travelers Checks, Money Orders, Foreign Cash Transactions, Casino Gaming Transactions, Betting Transactions, Lottery Tickets and similar items that Visa U.S.A. Inc. designates.
