WorldPerks Visa Business Check Card Statement Period Award Level: Earn 1 mile for every $1 of Net Purchases charged to your Account. "Net Purchases" for a statement period are determined by adding all new Purchases recorded to your Account during the statement period and then subtracting any credits or other adjustments recorded to your Account during the statement period for returned Purchases. If credit for returned Purchases exceeds new Purchases in any statement period, the excess credits will be carried forward into successive statement periods and subtracted from future new Purchases to determine the Net Purchases for those successive periods. “Credit” must be selected when making purchases to earn miles. Miles are not earned for ATM withdrawals or purchases made with a PIN number.

Earn one additional mile per dollar of Net Purchases spent when you use your WorldPerks Visa Business Check Card for purchases of Northwest Airlines tickets, Northwest gift certificates, WorldClubs® memberships and NWA WorldVacations® packages made direct from Northwest Airlines (Northwest Reservations, Airport Ticket Offices, nwa.com, NWA WorldVacations Reservations and nwaworldvacations.com). Not applicable for purchases from travel agencies, other online travel sites or partners or for any form of WorldPerks mileage purchases. Subject to WorldPerks terms and conditions.

Business Check Card: We will request Northwest Airlines^®, Inc., ("Northwest") to award one mile to your WorldPerks account for each $1 of Net Purchases on your WorldPerks Visa Business Check Card Account during a statement period as long as your account is open and in good standing. We will not request miles for Cash Advances. We reserve the right to adjust the number of miles we request from Northwest for purchases or to stop requesting miles for purchases on the account, upon notice to you.

WorldPerks Visa Business Check Card Annual Fee: $55 billed automatically at account opening or transfer, and every anniversary thereafter. The annual fee qualifies for WorldPerks mileage accrual.

Northwest is solely responsible for the redemption and fulfillment of WorldPerks miles. Northwest may change the WorldPerks program rules, program partners, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation or mileage levels, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of mileage already accumulated. Northwest may withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any award, increase the mileage required for any award, modify or regulate the transferability of awards, add an unlimited number of blackout dates or limit the number of seats available to any or all destinations.
