Evelina's primary geographic focus is Los Angeles, the South Bay, the San Fernando Valley, Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. 

Evelina brings a strong background in retail origination to her position here at U.S. Bank Home Mortgage. Most recently she was a top producer in the West Los Angeles area for one of the mortgage companies owned by the large international banking conglomerate HSBC. She was also one of the top producers at an independent mortgage broker in Brentwood, California for a number of years.  Her understanding of the loan officer's and broker's daily business gives her the ability to build solid relationships in the wholesale arena based on trust, honesty and hard work.

Evelina is a graduate of the High Trust Sales Academy and she is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist. She holds a B. A. from the University of Iowa.
