Deb Smith, Correspondent Account Executive, has been involved in the business of Mortgage Banking since 1986. Deb's background includes positions of Loan Officer, Construction Loan Officer, Retail Branch Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Regional Loan Officer Trainer and Regional Sales Coordinator. Deb joined U.S. Bank Home Mortgage in 1993 on the operations side for the Home Mortgage Retail group and later helped develop the Wholesale Lending site in the Chicago area. Deb's attributes include in depth knowledge of Real Estate Lending guidelines, commitment to customer service and prior inclusion in U.S. Bank's Wholesale "President's Club," which recognizes outstanding performance. Deb is a resident of North Aurora, Illinois and is married with one daughter.
