Throughout John Recto’s 18 year business development career, John has partnered with hundreds of businesses and jointly created and executed business strategies that had a positive impact with all parties involved.

Prior to joining U.S. Bank Home Mortgage as the Michigan Wholesale/Correspondent Account Executive, John worked for the Financial Institutions Channel at ABN AMRO Mortgage Group.  John was charged with developing a new channel of origination by acquiring new relationships with financial institutions throughout the states of MI, IN, OH, KY, TN, GA and Northern FL.  

John obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree and a Masters in Business Administration (finance concentration) from Lawrence Technical University. 

This combination of sales, marketing, analytical, process, and global thinking approach to business development has made John a valuable team member for many organizations.
