Phil is responsible for Northern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. During his 23 years in the mortgage banking business, Phil has enjoyed experiences in several major disciplines, including wholesale lending, retail lending, administration, finance, loan servicing, secondary marketing and production operations. He is a past president of the Ohio Mortgage Bankers Association, a past president of the Rotary Club of Plain Township, and a member of the Advisory Board of Walsh University. Phil spent his first 28 years in the Columbus, Ohio area, where he earned a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from Otterbein College. He then moved to the Canton, Ohio area with his wife Gail, and their two children.
