Before joining U.S. Bank Home Mortgage, Bob served as Executive Vice President of Lumbermens Mortgage Corporation, headquartered in Union, NJ for a period of 24 years. Bob was instrumental in growing the company from 6 employees in one location to 150 employees in 8 locations covering NJ, PA, DE and MD. During this time period at Lumbermens, a servicing department was established and grew in excess of $800,000,000. Bob is a graduate of the University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio and has been active in their National Alumni Association. He served as President of the New Jersey Chapter and was awarded the "Volunteer of the Year in 1995." On the business side, Bob has been an active member of The New Jersey MBA and has served as Chairman of the Conventional Loan and Advertising Committees. Having been an "independent mortgage banker" for his entire career, Bob brings to his wholesale customer base a valuable insight to their needs.
