The SBA Community Express loan program is designed for small businesses located in economically disadvantaged communities. The program partners with SBA approved technical assistance providers to help small business owners succeed. The technical assistance providers are primarily non-profit community based organizations that assist businesses in many aspects, including help with finding a financing solution.
