  1. Approval for a U.S. Bank Premier Line is based on having a new or existing personal checking account, meeting U.S. Bank relationship requirements, and meeting underwriting policy guidelines, and normal credit qualifications.

    Transaction level discounts available only for Premier Line account holders with a U.S. Bank personal checking account and a qualifying purchase. For example, as of May 14, 2009, a Premier Line account with a base rate of Prime + 4% is charged an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 7.25%. Base rates for Premier Line range from Prime + 4% to Prime + 7%, currently 7.25% APR to 10.25% APR. Premier Line account holders with a U.S. Bank personal checking account who make a purchase from $1,000 up to $2,499.99 would receive a permanent transaction discount of 1.0%, Prime + 3% to Prime + 6%, currently 6.25% APR to 9.25% APR. Premier Line account holders with a U.S. Bank personal checking account who make a purchase of $2,500 and greater would receive a permanent transaction discount of 2.0%, Prime + 2% to Prime + 5%, currently 5.25% APR to 8.25% APR. Rates are subject to change and may vary monthly. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts. The annual fee is waived for U.S. Bank personal checking account holders or $0 for the first year and every year that you charge at least one transaction to the account, otherwise $24. Delinquency APR, fixed 28.99%. A fixed closed account maintenance fee of $2.50 per month is imposed on closed accounts with a balance. Other fees: Advance Transaction Finance Charge fees: ATM: 4% or $15 minimum, no maximum; Cash Equivalent: 4% or $20 minimum, no maximum. Over limit fee is $35. Late Payment fee is $29 or $39. Overdraft Protection fee is $5.00 maximum per day for automatic advances from a Premier Line Account into a U.S. Bank Checking Account. This fee does not apply to manual advances made by a teller in the branch, online at usbank.com, at U.S. Bank ATMs, or via telephone through U.S. Bank 24-Hour banking.
