Payments are guaranteed as long as accounts are sufficiently funded, all payment information is entered correctly and the payment is scheduled to arrive by its due date.
If you were a customer on January 1, 2012, your Bill Pay history will immediately show 10 months of payments and build to display 18 months of history from now through June 2013.
