1. 20,000 Enrollment Bonus Miles will be awarded when you are approved for a Card and pay your annual fee or use your Card for purchases, whichever occurs first. You are eligible to receive one-time Enrollment Bonus Miles for each new WorldPerks Business Card Account type. Existing and previous WorldPerks Visa Business Card Accounts do not qualify for Enrollment Bonus Miles for a similar account type. One-time Enrollment Bonus Miles do not apply toward account upgrades. Allow 6-8 weeks for your Enrollment Bonus Miles to be credited to your WorldPerks account. 20,000 Enrollment Bonus Miles will be awarded for a WorldPerks Visa Business Card. Offer may not be combined with any other enrollment offer.

2. E-Cert entitles up to two (2) passengers to a 4,000-mile discount (per person) on a Coach Class or First Class domestic PerkPass^SM or PerkSaver^SM award ticket with Northwest Airlines flights 1-1999 and Northwest Airlink flights operated by Mesaba, Compass and Pinnacle Airlines to select destinations within the Contiguous U.S. 48 and Alaska or between the Contiguous U.S. 48, Alaska, or Canada and Mexico and the Caribbean, booked in the same itinerary. Award travel is subject to seat availability – no exceptions. Offer valid for one-time use only. Once the 4,000-mile award discount is redeemed, it is deemed used and cannot be applied to a new or changed itinerary. Travel must begin and end in the Contiguous U.S. 48, Alaska or Canada. Reservations may be made online through Award Travel Reservations or over the phone by calling 800-44-PERKS. Please visit nwa.com/features/wpvawardtraveldiscount for booking instructions. Once ticket is issued, fees will apply for changes or cancellation. Taxes and other fees may apply. You must have 21,000 or more miles in your account to qualify for an award. Offer is not valid with any other promotion, coupon, discount, etc. and cannot be used retroactively. New and upgraded Cardmembers will become eligible for the Annual Award Travel Discount within 6-8 weeks via the receipt of their Annual Award Travel Discount E-Cert email or letter. 3. Earn one additional mile per dollar spent when you use your WorldPerks Visa Business Card for purchases of Northwest Airlines tickets, Northwest gift certificates, WorldClubs® memberships and NWA WorldVacations® packages made direct from Northwest Airlines (Northwest Reservations, Airport Ticket Offices, nwa.com, NWA WorldVacations Reservations and nwaworldvacations.com). Not applicable for purchases from travel agencies, other online travel sites or partners, or for any form of WorldPerks mileage purchases. Subject to WorldPerks terms and conditions.

4. Business: We will request Northwest Airlines, Inc. ("Northwest") to award one mile to your WorldPerks account for each dollar of Net Purchases on your WorldPerks Visa Business Card Account during a billing cycle as long as your account is not five days or more past due or over limit at the close of your WorldPerks Visa Business Card billing cycle. We will not request miles for Cash Advances. We reserve the right to adjust the number of miles we request from Northwest for purchases or to stop requesting miles for purchases on the account, upon notice to you.
