Manage Your Account Online with Internet Banking

Go Paperless!

With Internet Banking, you can view your statements online - up to 18 months worth. You can also elect to discontinue receiving your paper statements in the mail. To stop your paper statements from being mailed to you:
  1. Login to Internet Banking
  2. Select the "Online Statements" link on the "Your Account" page
  3. Follow the Instructions to Enroll
You will receive an Account Alert each month when your online statement is posted.

Make a Payment

With Internet Banking, you have the flexibility to make a payment now, schedule one for the future or sign up for AutoPay, where your payment is scheduled on the same day each month. To make a payment simply:
  1. Log in to Internet Banking
  2. Select "Make A Payment" in the left-hand navigation
  3. Proceed with the payment type you would like to set up

Account Alerts

Account Alerts notify you of important account activity, such as a low balance or when a payment is due. You set-up these alerts and select where you would like an email or text message notification delivered.

The following alerts are available:
  • Online Statement Available
  • Debit (Charge) Posted
  • Credit (Refund) Posted
  • Balance Exceeds Defined Amount
  • Payment Due
  • Payment Posted
  • Payment Overdue
To setup an account alert, login to Internet Banking and select "Alerts" from the left-hand navigation.

Security Alerts

Security Alerts notify you know when sensitive personal information, like an ID or address, changes. These alerts do not require any set-up and are automatically delivered to your primary email address.

You will be notified when the following events occur:
  • Address or phone number changes
  • Primary email address changes
  • Internet Banking ID or Password changes
  • Internet Banking ID and Password were disabled due to multiple, incorrect login attempts
  • Login Assistance was requested to provide your Internet Banking ID
  • ID Shield Changes (including setup, questions and answers or image/sound and phrase changes)
To change your primary email address, login to Internet Banking and select "Your Profile" from the "Your Accounts" page.

Convenience Checks

Online Convenience Checks allow you to transfer balances or make payments to someone, and the amount will be billed to your REI Visa card. You can also request that a booklet of checks be mailed directly to you.

To request convenience checks:
  1. Login to Internet Banking
  2. Visit your REI Visa card account page
  3. Select "Request a Convenience Check" on the top right
  4. Select the option that applies

Credit Limit Increase

While logged in to Internet Banking, you can request to have your REI Visa Card credit limit increased:
  1. Login to Internet Banking (Not enrolled yet? Enroll now! It's free!)
  2. Select "Customer Service Center" from the left-hand navigation
  3. Select "Credit Card and Premier Line Account Options" from the options listed
  4. Select "Manage Your Credit Card or Premier Line Account" from the options listed
  5. Click on "REI VIsa" under Retail Cards
  6. Select "Credit Limit Increase" and follow the easy steps to submit your request
Alternatively, you can contact REI Visa Cardmember Service at 877-734-8742 to request a credit limit increase.


Overlimit Coverage Preferences

REI Visa Signature Cardmembers:
Signature Cardmembers have no pre-set spending limit so Overlimit Coverage does not apply.

REI Visa Platinum Cardmembers:
You can request that we cover overlimit transactions by opting in to authorize transactions that exceed your Credit Limit. If you opt in and we permit you to go over your Credit Limit, we will charge you an Overlimit Fee. You will only pay one fee per billing cycle, even if you go over your Credit Limit multiple times in the same cycle. To learn more or change your Overlimit Coverage preferences:
  1. Login to Internet Banking
  2. Select your Card account page
  3. Select "Overlimit Fee Preference" at the top of the page
  4. Review the information provided and make your selection
Alternatively, you may contact REI Visa Cardmember Service at 877-734-8742 to change your preferences.


Balance Transfers

You can transfer the balance from your other credit cards to your REI Visa card.

To transfer a balance:
  1. Login to Internet Banking
  2. Visit your REI Visa card account page
  3. Select "Request a Convenience Check" on the top right
  4. Select "Transfer a balance from another credit card"


Mobile Banking

Use your mobile phone to safely and securely:
  • access your account information.
  • transfer funds between your U.S. Bank accounts.
  • find branch locations and ATMs.
As an Internet Banking customer, you are already enrolled and can use your existing login information to access this free2 service. To access Mobile Banking, type m.usbank.com into the browser of your Internet-enabled mobile device and view your accounts today.
