¹ The entire purchase must be charged to your Gymboree Visa Credit Card in order to receive the discount. Play & Music and Janie and Jack purchases are not eligible for the 5% discount. Gymboree is solely responsible for awarding the 5% discount, and for the terms and conditions of the discount and any future changes.

² You will earn a 1% reward on all qualifying Net Purchases made on your Gymboree Visa Card. Qualifying Net Purchases are defined as all non-Gymboree purchases. Gymboree Play & Music and Janie and Jack Net Purchases qualify for the 1% reward. Convenience checks, ATM disbursements, Quasi-Cash Advances (wire transfers, travelers checks, money orders, foreign cash transactions, betting transactions, lottery tickets and similar items that Visa U.S.A. designates), balance transfers and other cash advances do not earn rewards. Beginning with the May 2007 statement cycle, reward dollars will be issued monthly as a Gymboree gift card. Gymboree gift cards will be issued in increments of $10 and remaining amounts will roll into the next earning period. If the reward is less than $10 at the end of your statement cycle, it will be rolled into the next earning period. The Gymboree Visa Card reward program is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Cardmember Agreement, as amended from time to time.

A one-time Enrollment Bonus Card will only be awarded to new Gymboree Visa accounts. Existing accounts and employee accounts do not qualify. Lost, destroyed or stolen Enrollment Bonus Cards will not be replaced. Gymboree is solely responsible for redemption of the Enrollment Bonus Cards. The Enrollment Bonus Card will expire one year from date of issuance.
