Houston, TX (February 15, 2002) - U. S. Bank Voyager
Fleet Systems Inc. is pleased to announce a co-branding partnership with Thornton Oil,
launching their new fleet program Thornton FLEETWORKS. Thornton Oil is one of the largest
independent convenience store and gasoline marketers in the country. Thorntons is
headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky and operates 158 convenience stores, and one travel
plaza, in five states: Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Connecticut.
In addition to the FLEETWORKS program announcement, the Voyager Universal Fuel card is
now accepted at all Thorntons locations. "We are excited about our new partnership with
