Purchase Control
Within the same account, Voyager Fleet Cards can be assigned to drivers and/or vehicles and feature a unique personal identification number (PIN) assigned to the driver or vehicle. When using the Voyager Fleet Card, drivers can be required to enter:

• Vehicle PIN
• Driver PIN
• Odometer reading

To increase account control, clients can limit/set purchase options for the following:

• Product (fuel only or all products)
• Number of transactions per day
• Dollars per month
• Number of transactions per month

Exception Monitoring
Exceptions are identified on Vehicle, Driver and Exception reports, including:

• Miles per gallon variances (based on customer-defined specifications)
• Pattern discrepancies (time and date, based on customer-defined specifications)
• Product variances (based on customer-defined specifications)
• Fuel purchases in excess of customer-defined capacity
