Purchase Control

  • With a single account, cards can be assigned to drivers and/or vehicles.
  • Purchases can be controlled through an assigned PIN number.
  • Limitations on types of purchases made with the card can be restricted at any level.
  • Purchases can be limited by product (fuel only or all products), number of transactions per day, and/or dollars per month.
Exception Monitoring
  • Exceptions are identified on the Vehicle, Driver, and Exception reports.
  • The Vehicle and Driver Reports allow the customer to track the mile per gallon variances, pattern discrepancies, product variances, excess fuel purchases and various transactions made to the account.
  • You have the ability to define your own exceptions.
Flexible Reporting Options
  • Reports can be supplied electronically (EDI), on paper, magnetic media, email or diskette.
  • All of the data used to create the reports can be supplied electronically.
  • Reports can be broken out to four levels.
  • The descriptions and names of the second and third levels are customer-defined (the first level is the customer name and the fourth level is vehicle/driver).
  • Reports can be broken out or summarized at any business unit level.
  • Customers may select any or all of the available Voyager Reports.
  • Reports sent to multiple entities within the customer organization can be any combination of electronic transmission, paper, or magnetic media.
Tax Exemption
  • Voyager can report and calculate various tax exemptions including federal and state levels that are allowed by law.
  • Voyager will bill you net of the exempted taxes.
  • Data on exempted and non-exempted taxes can be supplied electronically.
Convenience
  • Drivers or vehicles need only one card.
  • Voyager accepted at major and regional brands in all 50 states.
Online Customer Access
  • Customers can browse through a variety of data items on their account: unbilled transactions, month-to-date exceptions, vehicle and driver information, payments and adjustments.
  • In addition to working with the Voyager Customer Service Center, the customer may, at his/her option, perform the following functions online: Add drivers/vehicles, Report lost/stolen cards, Issue new/replacement cards, Update driver/vehicle information, Modify PIN identification numbers, Update organizational information (names, descriptions, addresses).
Flexible Billing and Payment Options
  • Use ePay to make fast and convenient payments. Your fleet card payments can be processed online using the FleetCommander OnlineTM ePay system. ePay provides you a safe, fast and free way to manage your bills online. With ePay, you are assured accurate and timely payments in a matter of seconds at your convenience 24/7.

    You may access the ePay system from the Make a Payment link within Fleet Commander Online. Simply have your latest billing statement handy and select your account to get started.
  • Reports can be sent to one or more business unit levels within the company.
  • Payments received from one or more levels within the company do not have to be the business unit that received the reports.
  • Reports and payments can be sent by EDI transmission.
  • Payments sent can be a combination of EDI transmissions and checks.
  • Voyager can accept ACH payments as well.
