Voyager Hires New Regional Sales Representatives
HOUSTON (December 3, 2002) - Today, Ken Kral, Vice President, Business Development at U.S. Bank Voyager Fleet Systems Inc., announced the hiring of two new commercial sales representatives. Douglas Roy has been named Northeast Region Sales Vice President and Nichole Johnson has been appointed Regional Sales Representative for the Central Region.

Voyager Announces Acceptance at Diamond Shamrock
HOUSTON, TX (October 17, 2002) - Today, U.S. Bank Voyager Fleet Systems Inc. announced acceptance at Valero's Diamond Shamrock stores and all its affiliated brands. This partnership will enable Voyager customers to use their Voyager card for vehicle maintenance at about 3,000 stores in 16 states. Verizon Communications Chooses U.S. Bank Voyager Fleet Systems to Provide Fleet Fuel Credit Card Purchasing
MINNEAPOLIS (May 21, 2002) - Verizon Communications (NYSE: VZ) has selected Voyager Fleet Systems to provide the corporation with a state-of-the-art fleet fuel credit card purchasing system. The program, which will be rolled out by the end of the year, calls for Voyager Fleet Systems Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Bank North Dakota NA, to provide the fleet card issuance, billing, payment processing, customer relations and detailed transaction reporting services.

U.S. Bank Voyager Fleet Systems and Vericom Technologies Partner to Deliver GPS-based Fleet Management Solutions
ROCKLIN, Calif. and HOUSTON (April 3, 2002) - Vericom Technologies and U.S. Bank Voyager Fleet Systems, have formed a strategic alliance enabling U.S. Bank Voyager to begin offering an advanced Global Positioning Satellite (GPS)-based fleet management service to new and existing customers.
The product, called "Voyager Path Manager", is a new GPS-based fleet management solution powered by Vericom Technologies, which enables companies to cost-effectively collect and analyze detailed fleet data involving driver and company fleet performance and productivity. By utilizing Voyager Path Manager's customized web-based reports, companies can quickly recognize ways to reduce costs by maximizing operating efficiencies and reducing risks.

Voyager Announces Co-Brand Partnership with Thornton Oil
Houston, TX (February 15, 2002) - U. S. Bank Voyager Fleet Systems Inc. is pleased to announce a co-branding partnership with Thornton Oil, launching their new fleet program Thornton FLEETWORKS. Voyager Launches Voyager TeleTrans
Houston, TX (February 15, 2002) - U.S. Bank Voyager Fleet Systems has launched Voyager TeleTrans, a paperless transaction processing system, specifically designed for maintenance and service merchants, which provides an efficient cost-effective method of accepting the Voyager Fleet card.
