Transfer and Redemption Requirements
Transfer or redemption of a bond for a person who is unable to sign their name (due to injury or disability) to endorse their bond.
NOTE: Mark must be Medallion Signature Guaranteed.
These are U.S. Bank Corporate Trust Services' requirements to transfer or redeem your bond.

- Signatures of two witnesses and their complete addresses, Medallion Signature Guaranteed. As long as both signatures are on the same page, only one Medallion is necessary.
- A statement such as: "We hereby certify that the assignment has been read to the assignor in our presence; that he made his mark in our presence to signify his intention to transfer the shares of stock represented by certificate # ____ of (name of corporation)"
