To redeem/transfer your FlexPerks Cash Bonus Business Check Card Rewards, simply choose one of the following:

• Login to Internet Banking.
• Select "REWARDS CENTER".
• Select your card name.
• Select "Redeem Rewards".
• Call U.S. Bank 24-Hour Banking and Financial Sales and select "Account Inquiries".
• Visit your local U.S. Bank branch.

FlexPerks^SM Business Travel Rewards and FlexPerks^SM Business Select Rewards Visa® Check Cards
To redeem your FlexPoints, simply choose one of the following:

• Login to Internet Banking.
• Select "REWARDS CENTER" in the left menu.
• Select "View" next to your check card to see rewards available for redemption.
• Call the Rewards Center at 888-229-8864.
• Visit your local U.S. Bank branch.

U.S. Bank Visa® Business Check Card
This check card does not earn rewards.
