From Friday, May 15, at 5:00 p.m. PDT until Monday, May 18 at 7:00 a.m. PDT, access to Downey Online Banking will be available; however, you will only be able to view your balance and account history. You will not be able to pay your bills or make any maintenance requests.

For security reasons, you will be required to enroll in U.S. Bank Internet Banking on Monday, May 18.

Enrolling in U.S. Bank Internet Banking is Easy
Before you begin to access your accounts, you'll need one of the following:

• Your Downey Check Card or ATM Card and Personal Identification Number (PIN).
• A new Personal Identification Number (PIN). The PIN you currently have with Downey Savings will not transition to U.S. Bank and therefore, will not work. Please reference the letter that we sent to you in early May or call U.S. Bank 24-Hour Banking and Financial Sales at 800-US BANKS to have it mailed to you.

1. Enroll in Internet Banking.
2. Select the Internet Banking service that best suits your needs.
3. Follow the easy step-by-step instructions.
4. Verify that your information is correct.
